ifb Issues

Hey, I want to talk about the site Independent Fashion Bloggers. I really like this group of bloggers because of easy it is to get in contact with fellow bloggers.

But I have some issues. Like for one, why does it run so slowly? Second of all, I changed the name of my blog and my username but it doesn't seem to want to change on the website. I don't mean to hate on the whole corporation or anything but I was just wondering if anyone has had these type of issue.

Just loving the attention you get on IFB though. It's a really great site.

The one thing about this beautiful piece of equipment is that I swear the pack of wolves I live with will probably break it. Cross you fingers that I won't have to get a new one in the first month that I own it!

Just decided to do a bit of cleaning up on this lovely blog. Changed it from last summers travesty. I was a little too obsessed with the whole hipster trend. Don't get me wrong, I still am, obsessed with hipsters that is. I think this simpler look will help me explore the simple aspects of blogging, though.

Life gets complicated and then I stop blogging. How things go. Maybe now I will just try and blog about what I want and like about the world. Just simplify everything for myself.

I'm a college student for real now. Got to catch a break some where.

Strippers Nightmare

Went to Magic Mike as you can probably tell. Now, this may be a spoiler alert for some people but this movie has absolutely no plot line. Being an actress, I could tell that some of the scenes were just improvisation. Not very good improvisation at that! But what really got me was that they really just depended on Channing Tatum's amazing dancing skills. Probably helped that he actually used to be a male stripper. My issue was they didn't even do good routines, which might have been an artistic choice but I thought it just got to distracting. 

If you want to go see this movie be prepared to be quite confused through out the whole thing. There are several funny parts but beware it didn't even cut it as a semi good stripper movie. It tried to be to indie mixed with blockbuster. 

But trust me these men are going to be in my fantasies for the next month.

Wild Target!

This movie is fantastic! The number one thing is Emily Blunt's wardrobe!

The entire time I was watching this I thought it was the wacko chick from Inception but she's actually from Devil Wears Prada. She wears the most amazing confections of velvet and gauze. Bill Nighy plays a defunct assasin who fails to kill Emily Blunt's character: a sexy art theif. Now, if it wasn't enough that we have Davy Jones and drop dead look a like for Marion Cotillard, but Ron Weasley's in it too! I don't really get why he's in the movie but its plain fabulous. I wish I could find more photos of the awesome wardrobe she has but unfortunetly there does not seem to be many stills from the movie online. You will have to go watch for your self.

Hipsters, Unite.

This is my first post in an unforgivable amount of time. I would say sorry, but I'm sure that's too hipster for the world of those indie aficionados. I love these "Shit ___ Say" videos, if I'm being honest here. I know, mainstream popularity status. This video is special though! I was severely tempted to film my own version of "Shit Hipsters Say." But I restrained myself. This is probably not the best version, but it made me crack up. I hope everyone is having a great time! I will try to get back in that habit of writing posts. No guarantees. When in doubt I am always on my tumblr. [Not kidding. I am obsessed] But that's all for now!

Just watched True Grit and have been listening to some light country music. [ Really, I can't stand the stuff but some of it is okay.]

So I decided to make up a collage for my blog! Like the looks of it? I love those Jeffrey Campbell boots and have to get myself some leather shorts. But unfortunately that will probably have to wait until next summer.

Not to worry! I'm sure once I'm out of high school I will whiz about the countryside in chaps and a cowboy hat with a dashing Southern rogue on his Harley and we will stay in dirty old Motels and have just a dandy good time.

Parle vous francais?

So the last few days of college I have been LOVING my French class. My classmate is getting married soon and she is so adorable. She speaks Arabic and French and we spent an hour talking about the realities of love and the effects it has had on our lives, the good and the bad. For me its mostly bad, for her its mostly good.Our teacher is hilarious if a bit strict on us answering all her questions in French.

I just love the French language. Its beautiful and freakishly hard to learn. College is hard and I'm taking 17 credits this quarter. I'm excited all around for this year!

Okay technically I'm not Asian. But of late I have been fascinated by the whole K-pop invasion. Living in the Seattle area we have a very large Korean population. And the ones that are my age have such SWAG!

They rock the cutest clothes. I'm always sitting in my car going gaga over some Asian college student walking on the sidewalk in some of the most amazing clothes ever.

I don't know what their secret is, but I'm making it my mission to find out what it is!

Hey everyone! I just watched basically all of the second Vampire Diaries this past week. Just finished it last night. To say the least I am pretty much hooked on everything to do with this show.

Silly weakness, vampires, I know. But its got to be one of my favorite shows. [I swear I have been dreaming about having hot vampire sex with Ian Somerhalder.] Sure, its smush but its really good smush with a kick ass amount of amazing clothes. If I had a dollar for every stellar motorcycle jacket that is worn in this last season I'd rolling in dough, as they say.

But I'm super pumped! The new season is coming out and I will not miss a thing! Two thumbs up for vampires.

Please, no one likes Twilight anymore, that is just to mainstream!

So, this group is amazing.

I love them. They are so HOT! I love that they rock the boy pop band look so well. Nowadays those groups are made up of just slutty girls using autotune. These guys are funny as well as so freaking goodlooking!

Fashion and Ron Weasley

As everyone must already know, Tom Felton and Rupert Grint modeled for Band of Outsiders this past couple weeks. And as someone said on Tumblr, "How can I pass up so much sex!"

I have to agree. Harry Potter is most definetley more hipster then Twilight is. I am ashamed that I have read the vampire cult books. Also how on earth are they going to make Breaking Dawn into two parts? Have a suppppper long sex scene for the first part? Some one explain this to me.

Actually don't. I'd much rather stare at Tom Felton's amazingness.
